As I predicted a few days ago, the war in Lebanon is "reaching the boiling point". Today, Israeli attacks killed more than ten Syrians near the northern border. American media has been barraging us with stories about the Hezzbollah missles being "from Iran" or "from Syria". We are persuaded to sympathize with the cause of Israel, which has killed HUNDREDS- OF- TIMES more innocent civilians than the Hezzbollah attack which is now used to justify Israel's invasion of Lebanon. We are supposed to forget that the Israeli troops attacked at the outset of this war are "legitimate, MILITARY targets"; and that Lebanese civilians are "collateral-damage" being killed because "terrorists" are "hiding among the civilian population". Let us NOT forget, that the cruise missles, jet fighters, machine-guns, and helicopters which have killed more than 2000 Lebanese civilians ARE MADE IN THE U.S.A!!! If the world, somehow, decide to prevent ALL weapons from going to Israel and Lebanon, these people would STILL KILL EACH OTHER WITH STICKS AND ROCKS!! We MUST NOT this incident "fester" into a massive, "World-War". A new "insurgency" is brewing; a guerilla war similar to that in Iraq, and one which CANNOT be "defeated" by "conventional" military means. Every civilian Arab death at the hands of Isralei forces creates TEN more "sympathizers" and "radical-fundamentalists". How soon we have forgotten the lessons of our own "Revolutionary War".... when the MOST POWERFUL military in the world was defeated by small groups of "guerilla-fighters" waging "an insurgency". Similar lessons were learned during Viet Nam's conflict....... yet are now forgotten!! On another note, I recently realized that David Koresh, George W. Bush, and Ted Nugent ALL resided near Waco Texas....This made me wonder if perhaps "There's something in-the-water" in that part of Texas????? "You can't fix STUPID"!!
