On a recent visit to BLOCKBUSTER video, I discovered a video called: "Fahren-HYPE-9-11" It appears to be some sort of lame attack at Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 9-11". While I would not waste actual money to view such crap, I did read the "liner-notes". Two of it's featured "authorities" are Ann Coulter (infamous "Neo-Con" liar) and Zell Miller (noted Republican lunatic and "crackpot")... With such "luminaries"; it will SURELY win the Academy Awards!!!! NOT!!! ...... Richard Clarke, ( former "Head of counter-terrorism" under 4 "sitting" presidents and advisor to 3 more) was a guest on Air America Radio. He stated that Condaleeza Rice and George Bush received NO LESS THAN 41 C.I.A. MEMOS in the months before "9-11"; warning of impending Al Queda attacks, using airplanes!!!! George Bush is guilty of "CRIMINAL-NEGLIGENCE"!!!! Rather than initiate meetings and investigations, (as Bill Clinton did before the "Millenium-attacks"), Bush chose to retreat to Crawford Texas.... to cut down trees, and play golf!!! Clinton's little-publicized handling of similar Al Queda threats stopped an both an attack on L.A.X. airport, and a New Year's Eve attack on New York's Times Square. YET "DUBYUH-DUMBSHIT" DID NOTHING!!!!!!! Richard Clarke is the #1 authority in the world on "terrorism" matters; yet numerous attempts to meet with the Bush- Cabinet were denied; Arrogant, incompetance that KILLED more than 2300 Americans on 9-11!!! As Air America-radio host Ed Schultz said: "Just WHERE DOES THE "BUCK-STOP"????" George W. is SO stupid that he thinks that "The Buck-stopping" has something to do with deer-hunting!!......... The Inauguration commitee to "legitimize" this corruption has raised 40 MILLION DOLLARS for the "celebration" (from corporate energy, military-industrial, and pharmaceutical donors)...Meanwhile, It has taken "Dubyuh" THREE DAYS to concoct a "public-statement" and has promised a paltry 35 million to aid the Tsunami-victims in Asia!!! "George-the Lesser", Pretender to the throne; has now decided to "reform" Social Security.... Republican "neo-Cons" are trying to allow gullible Americans to "invest" part of their Social Security funds in corporate/"wall-street" investment-funds. Have we all forgotten the massive losses of the past 5 years under Bush??? Have we all forgotten the "creative-accounting" of Arthur Anderson, the fradulent stock manipulations of Enron, WorldCom, and dozens of Wall-Street investment firms??? BUSH WANTS TO GIVE OUR SOCIAL-SECURITY MONEY TO THE CORPORATE "WOLVES" THAT BOUGHT HIS PRESIDENCY!!!! We might as well take our retirement monies to the nearest casino, or maybe buy "Powerball" tickets!!! Besides the risks inherent in this scheme, the "administration" costs of these proposed programs would be an estimated TEN TO TWENTY TIMES the costs of running Social Security!! I seem to remember Bush campaigning with claims of "smaller government", and less bureaucracy!!!!! How does this plan "streamline" government?? Today, I learned that a new change in the I.R.S. laws affects those of us who donate a vehicle to a charity. In the past, taxpayers were allowed to deduct "fair-market-value" of such a donated vehicle. The NEW law allows only a deduction of whatever price the "Charity'' obtains for the donated vehicle. Since many of these vehicles are "parted-out", it is VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE for a taxpayer to determine the ammount that the charity received. Also, many of these vehicles are sold LONG after they are donated, if at all. This also requires taxpayers to pursue lengthy investigations and inquiries of any possible deductions; and most taxpayers will be TOTALLY UNABLE to obtain such info. Does anyone REALLY think that some part-time, "handicapped" employee of GOODWILL will be able to provide accurate, legal information for the I.R.S.????? This is just another "scam" to take MORE of your money!!!.... At the expense of non-profit charities...... George made a public-statement yesterday; claiming Iraq elections will proceed. He referred to America's "mission" to "bring peace & democracy to Iraq"...... odd; when he started this war, he claimed that the "mission" was "to find W.M.D.s", "Disable or destroy Iraq's "nuke-yuh-lur" program", and to "kill or capture Ossama Bin Ladin"......ALL OF WHICH WERE LIES!!!!!! Now it seems that "our mission" is to "bring peace & democracy to Iraq"...... WHICH IS A DEADLY, COSTLY FAILURE!! Iraqis, for the most part, DO NOT WANT DEMOCRACY!! They don't even know what it is! If corporate "rape" of our economy, widespread corruption and greed, Radical-religous fundamentalism, massive human-rights supression, and economic chaos are the "definition of democracy"; perhaps we woull all be better-off without it!!!! Whatever happened to "OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, AND FOR THE PEOPLE"???? Remember what were the targets of the Al Queda 9-11 attacks??? NOT people's food-supplies, NOT water-reservoirs, NOT Disneyland, etc.... but the centers of corporate-greed and planetary destruction.... The center of MONEY (Wall Street) , and the center of the "Military-Industrial-Complex".... The Pentagon. How can George Bush justify the deaths of 1,300 American troops, the the injury of 10,000 more, the deaths of an estimated 100,000 Iraqis, and the injury of thousands more???? While the World-Trade-Center attacks were cruel and barbaric; the 2300 deaths there are LESS than the number of Americans killed anually on our highways. The "Neo-Con" whackos have a well-known agenda to control the oil production of Iraq; in order to "grease-the wheels" of the corporate robber-barrons. The "Project for A New American Century" (members include Jeb Bush, George Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, and Donald Ashcroft), has published outrageous "colonialistic" plots of world domination dating back as far as 1998. They have openly advocated the use of American military force as a "first-choice" of ALL foreign-policy; the rest of the world "be-damned". Not since the paranoid witch-hunts of "McCarthyism", has America been so threatened. The Republican "Neo-Cons" have corrupted our electoral-processes, lied, abused and distorted democracy is such ways that our "Founding Fathers" would be outraged!! While Americans continue to die on a daily basis in Iraq, George "the -lesser... pretender to the throne" continues to "stay the course". I have been saying , since the onset of this illegal war, that "Dubyuh-Dumbshit" has "opened a can of worms". One cannot use a shotgun to kill cockroaches... they merely scatter, hide, and continue to breed. Iraq is now a "magnet" for every Muslim in the world to wage attacks on the "infidel-Americans". In Washington, Bush-Cabinet-Members are fleeing in record numbers. Recent rumors have Donald Rumsfeld as the next-to-leave.... We can only hope. It is our duty to remind all those misguided Americans who helped elect this president; that such administration-changes are an OBVIOUS indication that the last four years have been failures of an un-precented scale. JUST HOW INCOMPETANT AND CORRUPT DOES A PRESIDENT HAVE TO BE BEFORE WE DON'T ELECT HIM??? Bush, this week, announced the presentation of the "Medal-of Freedom" to three architects of a failed invasion and an illegal war!!! Where is the "Freedom"??? Bush's economic policies are now those of "Reforming Social-Security"... allowing more and more Americans to lose their retirements to corporate schemes... reminiscent of Enron, World-Com, and the numerous scams perpetrated by Wall Street investment-firms. Such "reforms" are merely a thinly-disguised ploy to allow corporate interests to steal MORE of our money. The White House today signed the bill that "reforms" our intelligence-agencies . "Intelligence" is ONLY a viable tool, WHEN THE "COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF" HAS SOME!!! The Bush cabinet has historically "cherry-picked" the C.I.A. and F.B.I. intelligence; using ONLY that which supported their pre-conceived agendas. 25 MILLION DOLLARS and 200 F.B.I. agents used to investigate the "stain" on a "Blue dress"!!! Such politically-motivated "which-hunts" are no-less than "criminal-negligence". How many "intelligence-agents" pursued the AlQueda operatives who passed through airport-security, while on "Terrorist-watch-lists"?? How much money was spent to investigate AlQueda suspects who were taking flight-lessons??? Is it possible for someone to make a "citizen's arrest" of a sitting-president?? Can we find a judge who will issue an arrest-warrant for "criminal-negligence"???Air America has refered to "Operation-Iraqi-Freedom" as: " Iraqalypse Now". Such comparisons to Viet Nam are no surprise. Iraq is now descending into an ethnic civil-war; with American troops as well as Iraqi citizens being targeted by radical, religous fanatics. I ask again.... WHERE IS THE FREEDOM???" We are taught from our childhood, that America was built on "equality" , "tolerance", "justice" and religous-freedom"; yet the Republican party has consistently eroded, stifled, and ignored these basic tenants of our Democracy. The recent "election" was only won by "half-truths", slander, lies, inuendo, and character-assination. Where is OUR freedom??? John Kerry lost, only because he would not stoop to the same level as those "Neo-Con" plotters who would do ANYTHING to stay in power. The Bush Cabinet continues to experience significant "re-structuring". To date, NINE cabinet-members have chosen to "be replaced". Optimists may say that this reflects "new directions", and "positive change"; it can also be argued that these personel- changes are evidence of 4 years of mis-management and failed administration. These people will, eventually, write their own "tell-all" books.... where we may then know more of the truth. By then, it will be too-late to hold "Dubyuh" accountable for his massive failures. (Think: "rats leaving a sinking-ship") News agencies have now declared Bahgdad to be "MORE dangerous" than at any time since the initial invasion of Iraq. (oops!!! we can't call it an "invasion"... it has to be called "a liberation")... So-called "insurgents" have adopted the hit-&-run tactics that have historically defeated many powerful, slow-moving military forces. As long-ago as the American-Revolution these "Guerilla-tactics" have proved a powerful weapon against superior force and technology. American forces cannot be "defeated"; they need only to be harrassed into submission.
