Every time I hear someone "play the race card", discriminate against another human being, or fight a war against people who are "different" ; it makes me furious.... There is only one "race".. HUMAN!!! Througout all of recorded history, stupid, greedy people have sought reasons to better themselves by oppressing someone else. Slavery was created by "Black" people. During the early development of America, Irish people were used to build New Orleans; since "Black" slaves were more valuable. The Christians have historically killed million of other people, because they chose to worship differently. Differences in religion, skin color, language, customs, etc. have been the pathetic reasons that humans kill & degrade each other. Why is there no organization called: "The National Organization For The Advancement of Un-colored People"??? We have a "United Negro College Fund"; why don't we have a "United White-man College Fund"??? When will people "GET IT"?? The differences between us should be treasured; how boring would it be if we were all the same?? Human D.N.A. throughout the planet is virtually IDENTICAL IN ALL SO-CALLED "RACES"! Differences in skin-color are merely the result of melanin levels; from millions of years of migration away from the equator and it's strong sunshine. There is now scientific proof that confirms our commonality. The National Geographic Society recently featured a segment called: "Journey Of Man".; by Dr. Spencer Wells. It details the concept of 'Genetic-Antropology"; using human D.N.A. markers to trace the paths of human migration in pre-history. His research collected thousands of blood-samples from all over the world and , by tracing "family-trees", he "back-tracked" the patterns of ancient man. These patterns show that we are all descended from a common, ancient ancestry in Africa; around Lake Victoria. As ancient "hunter-gatherers" moved north, they first spread to the Middle-east, and then to Siberia. At that time, there was a land-bridge across the Bering-strait; as the ocean-level was much lower. The tribes hunted caribou, and followed them into North America; subsequently populating the Americas in a very short time. The migrations into Norther Europe took many millions of years, compared to about 400 years to populate the Americas. As a result, the peoples of the Americas still had high levels of melanin, and had dark-skin-pigmentation. In contrast, the ancient people who populated Northern and Eastern Europe had less & less levels of melanin.... the result of the evolution and moving further from the harsh sun-rays of the equator. They then exhibited lighter & lighter skin; NOT because they were some other "Race", but because the dark-skin genes were no longer necessary. It is evolution that has made Swedes blonde & blue-eyed. We must embrace our different cultures; but we must also acknowledge that we share one common "race". The "race-card" is just a lame excuse for stupid people to complain about their condition. LIFE IS NOT FAIR... GET OVER IT!!!

See TIME magazine article May 19, 2003 for an article called : "The Oily Americans". It details how greedy oil companies have manipulated American Foreign Policy for decades; including how America has subverted legitimatey-elected governments using the C.I.A. to control oil-supplies. How many Americans knew that General Norman Schwartzkopf "counseled" the Shah of Iran, who was installed in power by our C.I.A.??? It seems that Reagan's support of Afghan guerillas was an attempt to prevent then-communist Russia from establishing a presence in the Middle-East. It is no wonder that Middle-Eastern Muslims hate us!!

An article on P.B.S. today, suggested that America and many countries are ruled by a class of "elite" old men, who are unwilling to risk their own children in time of war. I have argued , since the invasion of Iraq, that "When George W. Bush's daughters are serving in the National Guard; and stationed in the "front-lines" in Bagdad; ONLY THEN WILL I SUPPORT THE WAR. " The sons of F.D. Roosevelt fought in WWII; but the Bush administration feels that it is "O.K." to send other -people's children to die in a highly-questionable war; which may NEVER be won. It is odd that our president cannot grasp the concept of "opening-a-can-of-worms". The various "warlords" and tribal-leaders in Iraq have been killing each other for centuries; yet Bush feels complelled to wage a "conventional" war, and "stay the course". We must not trust someone who never changes-their-mind, or admits that they are wrong; yet "Dubyah-dumbshit" continues to "Stay-the course". Funny, that's just what lemmings do! The most patriotic thing any of us can do, is to question the motives & actions of our politicians! George & Dick are scheduled to appear before the Senate "9-11" investigation comittee. They have not agreed to appear individually; but only as a "Team". Perhaps they only possess ONE brain between the two of them, or maybe George needs someone to "pull-his-strings"..... he has long been a "puppet" of corporations and lobbyists. I just had -a-thought, about the "Right-to-bear-arms". It has for-long occurred to me that most of the "gun-nut", N.R.A. loudmouths who scream about "the right-to-bear-arms" as guaranteed by the Constitution.; HAVE NEVER EVEN READ THE CONSTITUTION!!! I have a copy, which I carry in my pocket. The second amendment says: "A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, The right of the people to keep & bear arms, shall not be infringed." A"WELL-REGULATED" MILITIA!!!! NOT EVERY HILLBILLY WITH A GUN-RACK!! (and, at the time, "automatic weaons" did not exist!!) A "well-regulated militia" is something like the National-Guard; NOT a buch of looneys headed by a guy who once played Moses in a movie!!!! It is NOT any group of gun-hoarding, anti-government whackos who hoard hundreds of weapons and stockpile millions of rounds of ammo; and call temselves a "Militia"!! Those who "live by the sword (or gun) , shall die by the sword (or gun)." Dave

Check the recent book, by Bob Woodward. It details how the Saudi Ambassador, (member of the Saud Family), was privy to top-secret meetings with Bush & Rumsfeld; which detailed the "then-secret" plan to invade Iraq. The Saudis were quoted as saying that an invasion of Iraq could be "taken to the bank"; and inferred that they would then lower oil-prices before the November presidential election. Woodward also claims that the Saudis knew of the pending invasion even before Colin Powell was made aware. The treachery and deception is rampant. He also tells how Bush illegally diverted 700 Million dollars, approved by Congress for use in Afghanistan. The money was subsequently used to prepare for an invasion of Iraq, WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF CONGRESS!! (This alone is an "impeachable-offense") This is but the latest, in a long string of disclosures about the corrupt, inept Bush administration. ( see also books by John Dean, and Richard Clarke). On a daily basis, we see television segments with Iraqis waving some sort of weapons. Why are they alllowed to possess rocket-launchers, AK47s, and R.P.G.s ???? Why have we not DEMANDED a unilateral disarmament?? Isn't that what a defeated country faces, after LOSING A WAR ??? Apparently the lack-of-troops which Rumsfeld demanded, is insufficient to achieve such a task. How about issuing a national decree: Broadcast on Al Jazeera, posters & leaflets throughout the country, trucks with loudspeakers, etc.... declare that ALL weapons ( besides those of Iraqi police), be surrendered within 7 days. After 7-days, anyone with a weapon will be considered an adversary, and will be killed on the spot. There are NO "civilized" countries that allow people to walk down the street carrying automatic weapons!!! Rumsfeld's refusal to send 300,000 troops to Iraq has OBVIOUSLY caused anarchy to prevail. (He allowed 130,000 troops) This anarchy is daily resulting in the loss of American lives; and Rumsfeld is to blame. Few people realize that MORE PEOPLE have died in Iraq, since the invasion, than ALL who died at the World Trade Center!!! AND AL QUEDA WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT, NOT SADDAM HUSSEIN!!!! America's blind support for the Israeli attacks on Palestine have alienated and angered Muslims throught the world. Our lop-sided foreign-policy in this matter has created terrorism. The Palestinians, who were invaded & displaced in 1967, are being killed at a rate SEVEN TIMES GREATER THAN THE ISRAELIS WHO DIE FROM PALESTINIAN ATTACKS. Few Americans know the truth about the "Israeli-Palestinian" conflict; as Jewish influences of our government are quite powerful; and the "military-Industrial-complex" continues to profit from the killing. The Palestinians have been persecuted, killed, imprisoned, and otherwise mistreated for years; When people become "desparate" they have nothing to lose; hence the suicide-bombers. What is the difference between a "terrorist", and a "Freedom-fighter"????? I have been displaying numerous bumper-stickers, on my car lately. I have been asked if "Bush-supporters" have not attacked me for them. To date, I have not had ONE incident of outrage by a "Bushie". I have decided that it must be for one of the following reasons: A. Bush-supporters have all had lobotomys B. Bush-supporters know that the election is "rigged"; controlled by powerful corporate-interests, and voting doesn't really matter. C. Bush-supporters cannot or do not read. (See letter "A") D. Bush-supporters are apathetic and "Don't give a rat's ass". E. Bush supporters are racist-idiots who think that ALL muslims are terrorists. F. All of the above. Recently "Dubyuh-dumbshit" held a "press-conference". It was preceded by 15 minutes of the "Same-old-shit"... inane, vague patriotic rhetoric about "freedom", and a war on "terror". When asked if he was sorry for any mistakes he had made; he said "Gee, you've really put me under the spot, here"...Another example of his inability to speak English. If you value Democracy, the economy, the Social-Security System, and you respect other human-beings; You MUST DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO GET-RID OF BUSH !!!! YOUR DEMOCRACY IS AT STAKE!!!

A.B.C. T.V. Reported today that a Denver Co. -based mining company, called "Echo Bay Mining", has paid millions of dollars in "protection", supplied safe-haven, supplied weapons & medical-treatment to Islamic terrorists in the Phillipines. This company has even hid terrorist-leaders in it's company-compound in the Phillipines. A.B.C. also revealed the rampant "black-market" trade of American military uniforms, weapons and ammunition in Iraq. Iraqi employees of the American military are stealing anything they can, and selling it openly in street-markets. Such items as: body-armour, assault-rifles, T.N.T., and authentic American military uniforms are readily available to purchase by anyone; including would-be suicide-bombers and "insurgents". Another example of how the war has gotten terribly "out-of-hand"; as the result of Donald Rumsfeld's bungling. Yesterday, I discovered a blatant indicator of the incompetance of the "National-Security" effort. A poster is prominently displayed in nearly all government buildings; It encourages people to be careful of "suspicious" mail. It warns to be suspicious of letters "that may have been mailed from a foreign country".; and has a large picture of a "suspect" letter. However, close inspection of the "letter" on the poster, reveals that the postmark is from CINCINATTI OHIO !!!! Apparently the Bush Administration thinks that Ohio is a "foreign country"!!! Is it any wonder that terrorists operate "at-will"!!! I have two new "bumper-stickers" : "Bush Lies & Lies Lies & Lies"; and "Dick Cheney, Before He Dicks You ". The problem is, that most Bush-supporters either CAN"T READ, OR DON'T READ !!!! In the words of George Carlin; "Imagine how stupid the "average" person is; at least half the people in the world are MORE STUPID THAN THAT !!!!". Dave

An idea for all of you who would like to "protest" the next public appearance of Dick Cheney. I was going to use this, but my wife said she wouldn't bail me out of jail. Show up at the next Republican event, with a sign that reads: "You Suck Dick, Cheney!" If you get arrested, you can simply argue that you "mis-placed the comma". Another idea is to "tag" your local STOP sign with the word: "Bush" underneath; so that it reads: "STOP BUSH". (Disclaimer: these suggestions are to be regarded as humor, any use of them may be illegal . The author of this "blog" assumes NO liability for persons who might follow these suggestions) Dave

For those who missed the P.B.S. show: "Now" with Bill Moyers; it featured John Dean, ( yup, THAT John Dean). He has a new book out, called "Worse Than Watergate, The Secret Presidency of George W. Bush. Lest anyone think that he is merely a "Bush-basher", He is actually a "registered independant", and has known Dick Cheney since they first worked for Richard Nixon. He says in the book that the "Wilson-Ambassdor/ C.I.A. scandal" (where ambassador Wilson's wife was "ratted-out" as a C.I.A. operative, in retaliation for Wilson's denial of uranium shipments from Africa) , is no less than "treasonable". Also, that while the Watergate scandal was illegal, NO One died as the result of a war based on lies & secrecy. The show also explained the recent "spikes" in gasoline-prices. By following the economic "trail", they shoed the following: As the Federal-Deficit grows, the dollar declines in value. (from lack of foreign "confidence"). Since all crude-oil is sold "in dollars", oil-producing countries must then "cut-supply"; in order to raise prices. (to make-up for the loss of revenue resulting from the "exchange-rate") It was also mentioned, an article in a major newspaper predicted that if John Kerry's 50-cent-per-gallon-tax had passed 10 years ago, gas prices would actually BE LOWER NOW! (As more Americans would have bought energy-efficient vehicles). The Republican agenda seems to favor tax-incentives for "Hummers", and other gas-guzzlers; which only the "Rich" can afford, yet are able to deduct from their taxes. It is the Bush's administration's escalating deficit that is the TRUE cause of the rise in gas-prices!!! SUPPLY & DEMAND !! Oh, don't forget that the Saudi Royal family is deeply connected to the Bush family: (see a book called "House of Saud, House of Bush") detailing their mutual business-dealings for the past 25 years.; and Saudi Arabia is our largest supplier of imported oil. The latest batch of Bush propaganda has hit the T.V. airwaves. It accuses John Kerry of voting for taxes that would "raise the price of gasoline". Let me say ; first... If gasoline prices WERE higher, (as they are in ALL other countries of the world), perhaps people would quit buying HUMMERS, ESCALADES, NAVIGATORS, and all those other gas-guzzling S.U.V.s that belch air-pollution, and contribute to "Global-Warming"! Also, people who HAVE JOBS, don't mind paying taxes!!!! People whose jobs have been "outsourced" to India and China often cannot afford ANY cars; let alone a new "Sports Utility Vehicle"! The Bush ads claim that Kerry would "Raise Taxes by 700 Million Dollars". This makes me wonder: Since Bush couldn't accurately estimate the cost of the Iraq war, or the cost of his changes to Social Security, or the cost of his "war on terror", or the cost of new "National Security"; WHY SHOULD WE BELIEVE HIS ESTIMATES OF KERRY'S ADMINISTRATION???? "Dubyuh" has a history of lying , mis-representing, or distorting the facts regarding every aspect of his term in office, and his "election"! Why should anyone believe his T.V. ads??? Did he tell the truth about the "Energy-Policy meetings" held in secrecy, with top gas and oil companies,( including Enron's Ken Lay)?? Did he tell the truth about Iraq's weapons of "Mass Destruction"??? Did he tell the truth about the rigged election in Florida, and the "purging" of more than 50,000 minority (Democrat) voters??? Did he tell the truth about his drunk-driving conviction?? ( l documents from his arrest contradict his claim "that he had been driving too slowly"; he had actually run-over a mailbox and a hedge). Has he told the truth about his "service" in the National Guard?? (it has taken nearly 3 years to find ONE person, who claims to have ever seen him in Florida's unit!) When Bush's daughters enlist in the National Guard, THEN I will support deployment of "Guard " troops to Iraq. Has he told the truth about receiving MILLIONs of dollars in campaign-contributions from such groups as: Pharmaceutical companies, gas & oil companies, mining companies, the N.R.A. , and HALLIBURTON ; (who coincidentally was awarded Billions in contracts to "rebuild" Iraq... WITHOUT HAVING TO SUBMIT BIDS!!!!". We are NOW seeing the highest gasoline-prices in American History; yet the oil-companies continue to show "record" profits. I have this feeling that the increases in the hunt for Bin Laden will "peak" near November's election, with Dubyuh producing his latest "war-trophy" , just in time for the election. What better way to clinch the election, than to produce Bin Laden's head on a stick!!! Encourage EVERYONE YOU KNOW to listen to "AIR AMERICA" on select A.M. stations, and "online" on the web. THE "CHRISTAIN RIGHT" Is neither "Right", or "Christian"; and their control of "Talk-radio" is akin to the propaganda spewed by countless dictators throughout history. "If you tell a lie, long enough and loud enough, people will believe it": Adolph Hitler. THE MIND IS A TERRIBLE THING TO WASTE!! Knowledge spread by "ordinary" Americans is the power that will re-gain our democracy from the corporate crooks who now control Congress and the White House.
